Our services are creative and time-based. Due to the nature of custom logo and branding work, refunds are limited. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if requested before any design work begins. Once logo concepts, drafts, or revisions are delivered, refunds are not applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Logo design concepts
  • Branding or identity deliverables
  • Illustrations or custom graphics
  • Express or urgent delivery services
  • Any service where work has already started

3. Project Cancellation

Projects may be canceled only before work begins. Once the design process starts, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

4. No Response or Incomplete Information

Refunds are not provided if the client stops responding, delays feedback, or fails to provide required project information.

5. Quality Guarantee

We offer revisions and improvements to ensure satisfaction. However, refunds are not issued based on personal preferences after design delivery.

6. Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes violate our terms and may result in suspended services or account action.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will replace previous versions.
